LAST April 28, 2021, Italy’s Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) met with MINT College Multimedia students again for a new session: a critique panel for their Portfolio class.

MINT College Multimedia student, Kimberly Montes, was the photographer behind BENCH’s tribute to their frontliners in the series #SupportLocal. Her photos featured the top retail brand’s hardworking employees.
Atomic Sessions Manila held a seminar at MINT College on comic book illustration and storytelling. They gathered the school’s talented animators, artists and writers.
The project, titled “Everything Counts” is the designed, conceptualized and painted by MINT Multimedia Arts students from college and senior high school. They are guided by Program Head Lizza Gutierrez and instructor Abe Medenilla. Their urban artwork is inspired by the four basic elements—earth, water, air, and fire. These are symbolized by separate trees.
Under this partnership, MINT college and senior high students taking up Product and Packaging, and Materials classes were tapped to develop prototype applications that made use of an eco-friendly line of paper products. These prototypes will be further developed and eventually, marketed.
