The Marketing program at MINT College can introduce students into this exciting and ever-changing industry through professionals that have successfully guided companies through their marketing expertise. In fact, our faculty of professionals are still in the industry which allows them to not only be up-to-date with the latest in trends, but to also act as a channel for students to have direct knowledge and experience working in the industry.
Instead of their usual per-program weeklong celebrations, Meridian International College (MINT College) decided to to have their five Arts-related courses collaborate for the one-time “MINT Media Week” this semester, last October 2-5 at the newly-opened Ortigas East, Pasig City campus.
Oops! MINT did it again!
Last July 27, the denim collections by MINT School of Fashion students wowed shoppers at SM City Bicutan as six students presented three outfits each for SM Supermalls’ “Denim Walk”.
“What about it?”
This is Angelo Ramirez’s guiding principle as MEGA magazine’s associate editor when he decides what stories to put out for a certain issue. “When you’re young, you’ll think that the pretty things about this job are it. But as you grow older, you’ll start to ask, ‘what now?’ ‘Is there something else?’,” he said, explaining how the allure of fashion sometimes overpowers a magazine’s role as a publication.
