They were warned but they didn’t listen.
The well-lit hallways were enveloped in a mysterious green glow. Colorful murals were exchanged with dark and cynical sketches. Black and red were the motiff for the day. The teachers and students disappeared and bloody ghouls began roaming around. What was once a cheery and chaotic atmosphere turned grim and eerie last October 25. As the school closes for the day, a haunted asylum opened instead—from the hip and creative MINT College to the dark and scary Saint Meridian Hospital.
With the opening of the new campus in Ortigas East, MINT College had an eventful two-day event for their faculty and students. Last August 5 and 6, the school conducted its annual Orientation day that aim to not only welcome new faces into the MINT community, but share to them the school’s culture in terms of being an academe.
Oops! MINT did it again!
Last July 27, the denim collections by MINT School of Fashion students wowed shoppers at SM City Bicutan as six students presented three outfits each for SM Supermalls’ “Denim Walk”.
Just like the rainbow’s definitive colors, the MINT Riffs—the school’s official glee club—had a vivid ‘technicolor’ of a showcase last May 20 at Music Museum, Greenhills, San Juan. It was their sixth annual concert which they named “Bahaghari”.
A good design should matter.
Last May 18, the MINT Multimedia Arts program held "The Big Pitch," its first senior thesis open event. This was participatedby five senior students who presented their three semesters-worth of researched design project.
