MINT College welcomed industry practitioners to the campus for its annual SHOW+TELL—or senior showcase. It was held last May 23.
This yearly event is reserved for the school’s graduating batches from programs like Multimedia Arts (MMA), Theater Arts (TA), Music Business Management (MBM), Business (Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management), and Film.
Both college and senior high school senior students get to showcase their curated portfolios and bodies of work to invited company and brand representatives. Each year, MINT has successfully made this event a platform and an opportunity for the students to be able to network, and also prove to the industry that the school is able to cultivate future creatives and entrepreneurs.
Various companies and agencies from the music and advertising industries came for the professional review, including Warner Music Philippines, Sony Music Philippines, MCA Music, HIT Productions; paper companies Fedrigoni Asia and Prestige Papers; media & content practitioners from Komiket, Luminant Pictures, and Vidsee, adobo Magazine, San Miguel Corporation, and Dentsu/Jayme Syfu; also Silver Works, and SGV Partners Committee.
The annual showcase and professional review is the school’s fervent effort in providing opportunities for its students to directly get in touch with the corporate world and grow their professional network, while they develop their skill sets to be at par with their professional counterparts.
The Show + Tell was held at MINT College, McKinley Hill campus, and was organized by the school’s administration, in collaboration with program heads: Lizza Gutierrez for MMA, Lachmi Baviera for MBM, Dennis Marasigan for TA, Mony Romana for Business, and Amparo Pe for Film. W
