Last February 10 and 11, six MINT Senior High School students joined the annual Start-Up Weekend Manila. Forming two groups of three, a team advanced to the finals and was declared champions at the said competition.

MINT Junior Marketing Association (MINT JMA) members Gab Sadicon, Aia Arkoncel, Nichole Cruz, and Luigi Villacorta presented their business proposal grounded on collaboration and community for this year's theme, "Fashion Sustainability". Their business model won out of five entries considered for the final round.
On November 26, MINT College’s production of Tayo Na Lang Kasi was announced as the MYX Choice for Best Music Video on ABS-CBN’s Sunday variety show, ASAP. The win followed MINT’s successful production of O, Pag-big, which also won the same award in 2016.
Rogin Losa’s Lovely is Off Air was recently announced as one of the Top Ten Finalists for the first-ever Viddsee Juree Awards for the Philippines, a filmmaker community initiative to celebrate and support filmmakers and film communities in Asia. The Singapore-based online video platform selected Losa’s film among entries from all over the country.
For this year’s #HimigHandog2017, Star Music has taken a radically different approach by fielding music video entries from colleges and universities across the nation. As the grand prize winner for the MYX Choice for Best Music Video 2016, MINT College was the only school chosen from Metro Manila.
